Welcome to my official web site. I am a mathematician/statistician, currently working at the Department of Mathematical and
Statistical Sciences, University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
I do also work part-time at the T.G.M. Water Research Institute in Prague, Czech republic.
I studied probability and mathematical statistics
at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, receiving a Master degree in Probability and Mathematical
Statistics in 2006. In the same year, I enrolled in the Ph.D. program at the same university. After a one year stay at the University of Hasselt, Belgium,
I received a Master degree in Biostatistics in 2008.

Occasionally, I work as a semi-professional wedding and coverage photographer.

Zároveň pracujem na Výzkumnom ústave vodohospodárskom, T.G.Masaryka v Prahe.
